The "City Quest" Story Writing Competition: A Journey Through Your Hands, organized by the City University of Hong Kong, has successfully concluded. Centered around the theme "Story-Guided Tours — Discovering the Charm of Hong Kong," the competition encouraged students to explore the city's unique charm, culture, and history through their writing.
With a deep affection for the local community, our students enthusiastically picked up their pens to write about our city, capturing the unique facets of Hong Kong with their delicate brushstrokes and earning the school the prestigious "Most Active Participating School (Secondary School Section) Gold Award." Our students also stood out among numerous contestants; notably, 5A Tsang Hei Man captured the 2nd Runner-up spot with her piece which beautifully intertwines the shifting light and shadows of Central, Sheung Wan, and Victoria Harbour. Additionally, 11 of our students' works were selected as Finalist Merits. The award-winning students attended the prize presentation ceremony on July 4th, sharing this joyful and memorable moment with distinguished guests and fellow awardees.
