To support senior secondary students in broadening their perspectives and exploring career planning, the Life Planning Education Committee has organized the annual "MST Mentorship Programme”. This program aims to create valuable connections between alumni (mentors) and students (mentees). Through effective communication and the sharing of experiences, students will gain insights into the workplace and acquire the knowledge and skills essential for their future careers. Additionally, they will have the opportunity to explore personal life goals and growth.
Spanning the entire academic year, this program invites members of the MST community, who possess extensive industry knowledge and workplace experience, to serve as mentors. These mentors are matched with students based on their interests, academic pursuits, and career aspirations. Throughout the year, both mentors and mentees will engage in meetings and activities focused on life experiences and career exploration. Such interactions will surely inspire participants, guiding them as they navigate their educational journeys and personal development, ultimately helping them make informed decisions about their futures.
We are excited to have sixteen alumni serving as mentors for the 2025-26 academic year. The Closing cum Kick-off Ceremony for this year’s Mentorship Programme took place on 17 January 2026.
