On 17 Oct 2025, our school held its annual Student Leaders' Dinner Gathering. This event aimed to provide a platform for student leaders to connect, share experiences, and deepen their understanding of personal growth and the essence of leadership. This initiative underscores our commitment to upholding the school's tradition of student empowerment.
In his welcoming speech, Principal Wong reminded students that a leader is more than just a title; a true leader serves as a role model for peers, shouldering higher expectations from teachers and carrying the torch of the school through generations, thus perpetuating its fine traditions.
We were honored to have alumnus Mr. Man Ching Fung, Alex, share his insights during the event. He used the acronym "MST" to highlight key points from his speech:
"M" stands for “maybe,” emphasizing that there should be no limits on a team's possibilities.
"S" represents “serve,” reflecting the leadership spirit of "To serve, not to be served."
"T" means “try,” suggesting that within a team, leaders should actively explore new options and break through limitations.
The dinner commenced with students gathering alongside Principal Wong Lee Lee, Vice Principal Cho Tak Fai, alumnus Mr. Man Ching Fung, Assistant Principal Wong Yi Ching, Mr. Ho Lai Shun, and Miss Siu Wing Yee to share and exchange views on leadership.
During the final Q&A session, students enthusiastically posed their questions, which Mr. Man answered with patience and insight. The most important message he conveyed was: "As long as you courageously take the first step, no matter how long the road is, success will always be within reach."
