Our school's External Affairs Committee, in collaboration with the Astronomy Society, organized a cultural exchange and stargazing tour to Inner Mongolia during the Easter holiday from 11th to 18th April 2025. The tour was led by Mr. Lau Wai Yip, Mr. Chan Chak Fai, Mr. Cheng Pok Man, and Ms. Leung Suk Yee, involving 40 students from Forms 1 to 5. This educational trip provided participants with the opportunity to explore the historical and cultural heritage of Inner Mongolia while observing its magnificent night skies.

This study tour was generously supported by the 2024-25 Funding Scheme for Youth Exchange in the Mainland, provided by the Youth Development Commission under the Home and Youth Affairs Bureau of Hong Kong. The itinerary was rich and diverse, featuring visits to various landmarks and cultural sites. Students also had the opportunity to visit Inner Mongolia University, where they engaged in meaningful exchanges with local university students.

The tour provided Hong Kong youth with valuable insights into the country's development, promoted cultural and academic exchanges with Mainland peers, and strengthened their sense of national identity. Both teachers and students found the experience profoundly rewarding.
